Characteristics:
This machine is specially designed for single‑sided or double‑sided labeling of square, flat and round bottles.
The label feeding mechanism supports multi‑dimensional adjustment, suitable for labeling various tapered and standard bottle shapes.
The label dispensing head adopts a dual‑pressure‑roller design to guarantee consistent label‑pulling tension.
The bottle‑pressing unit is supported by double vertical posts and driven by a double‑screw chain transmission for easy and simple adjustment.
The shaping belt is made of high‑molecular‑weight material with a special structure to ensure precise positioning of labeled objects.
Fitted with an optional round‑bottle module, it can label all types of round bottles, realizing multi‑purpose operation for one machine.
It can be integrated into production lines according to customer requirements, and custom designs are also available upon request.
