PengXiang manufactures in Songgang, Shenzhen, where every line is assembled and trial-run as a connected system before packing for export. Buyers are welcome to attend factory acceptance testing on site or by video.

Our lines run from 2,000 to 36,000 bottles per hour based on 500 ml PET. Blow-fill-cap combi-blocks cover 12,000 to 36,000 BPH, standalone rinsing–filling–capping monoblocks cover 2,000 to 30,000 BPH, and carbonated lines cover 4,000 to 36,000 BPH.
What information do you need to prepare a proposal?
Beverage type, bottle material and volume, target hourly output, destination country, available workshop dimensions and a recent raw-water analysis. Bottle drawings or samples help us confirm change parts.
Can one line handle different bottle sizes?
Yes, within a defined range. Our equipment handles PET containers from 200 ml to 20 L depending on the machine. Changeover is done with change parts, and the exact range is confirmed during technical evaluation.
Do you provide factory layout design?
Yes. We produce CAD and 3D layout drawings based on your building dimensions, utility positions, product flow and future expansion plans, as part of the line proposal.
What warranty and after-sales support is included?
Equipment carries a 12-month warranty. Support covers installation guidance, commissioning, operator training, remote troubleshooting, spare parts identification and shipping coordination.
Can we visit the factory or watch the acceptance test?
Yes. Our plant is in Songgang, Bao'an District, Shenzhen. Buyers are welcome to attend factory acceptance testing in person, and we also run the test over live video for customers who cannot travel.
