What Happens After You Sign
Our support does not end after startup. Global after‑sales assistance is always available: technical consultation, spare‑parts supply and remote troubleshooting help you keep beverage and water‑treatment lines running steadily year‑round. From drawing finalization to long‑term production stability, we stand with your project every step of the way.
Four Stages, One Responsible Party
Because we build every machine on the line, interface problems between machines are ours to solve rather than something you have to arbitrate between suppliers.
Before any quotation, we work through your process rather than sending a price list.
- ✓Raw-water analysis review
- ✓Process and equipment configuration
- ✓CAD and 3D workshop layout
- ✓Utility requirement schedule
Machines are assembled and run as a connected system before they are packed.
- ✓In-process inspection
- ✓Connected trial run with water
- ✓Factory acceptance test, on site or by live video
- ✓Export packing for sea freight
Guidance through positioning, connection, commissioning and first production.
- ✓Pre-arrival site checklist
- ✓Installation supervision
- ✓Commissioning and trial production
- ✓Operator and maintenance training
The stage that matters most, and the one most suppliers describe least clearly.
- ✓12-month equipment warranty
- ✓Remote troubleshooting
- ✓Spare parts identification and supply
- ✓Maintenance guidance
From Container to First Bottle
Preparation before the equipment arrives is what decides whether commissioning takes days or weeks.
The Terms, Stated Up Front
Most suppliers make buyers ask for these one at a time. Publishing them filters out mismatched enquiries and speeds up the ones that fit.
| Term | Standard position |
|---|---|
| Equipment warranty | 12‑month warranty period commences per warranty start point terms. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal installation, operation and maintenance. |
| Warranty start point | On‑site acceptance date or 90 days after ex‑factory, whichever occurs earlier. |
| Technical response time | Within 4 working hours upon receipt of customer’s formal fault notification (with photos/videos) during business days (Monday‑Friday, our office time). For critical failures causing production stop, priority support will be provided. |
| Spare parts availability | 10‑year spare‑parts support from ex‑works. Wearing parts in stock for fast shipment. Lead‑time applies for non‑stock items. |
| Engineer dispatch | Arranged against official customer request. Buyer shall complete site pre‑preparation. Visa, flight and local related costs are on buyer’s account. Dispatch lead‑time subject to practical conditions. |
| Manufacturing lead time | 2-15 working weeks after order confirmation, spec freeze and advance payment received. Excludes logistics and customs procedures. Lead‑time subject to change if technical revisions are requested. |
| Payment terms | T/T, 30% advance, 70% before shipment. |
| Incoterms | FOB Shenzhen, CIF destination port |
| Documentation supplied | Commercial documents, Factory test report, Operation manual, electrical drawings, installation & electrical drawings, spare‑parts list. Soft copy by default, hard copy on request. |
| Electrical standard | Built to the destination country's voltage, frequency and phases |
| Factory acceptance test | Attendable on site or over live video before shipment |
| Training | Operator and maintenance training during commissioning |
What the Warranty Covers
- ✓Manufacturing defects in machine components
- ✓Electrical control components supplied by us
- ✓Replacement parts shipped for covered failures
- ✓Remote diagnosis and technical guidance
- ✕Wear parts and consumables — seals, filter cartridges, membranes, belts
- ✕Damage from incorrect operation or unauthorised modification
- ✕Failures caused by utilities outside the agreed specification
- ✕Damage in transit after handover at the agreed Incoterm
Downtime Is the Real Cost
A stopped line costs more per day than the parts that stopped it. We supply a recommended stock list with every project so critical items are on your shelf before start-up.
Your Team Runs the Line, Not Ours
Training happens during commissioning, on your own equipment with your own product — which is when it actually sticks.
- OperationStart-up, shutdown, changeover and routine adjustment
- Process controlParameter setting, quality checks and troubleshooting during production
- CleaningCIP procedures, chemical concentrations and cleaning schedules
- MaintenanceInspection intervals, lubrication, wear part replacement
- SafetyGuarding, lockout procedures and emergency stops
- Durationnumber of training days and the languages the manuals ship in
Help Without Waiting for a Visa
Most production issues are diagnosed and resolved without anyone getting on a plane.
Send a video of the fault and our engineers walk your technician through the diagnosis in real time.
Parameter checks, alarm interpretation and PLC settings reviewed with your maintenance team.
Where remote support cannot resolve it, an engineer is dispatched under the terms agreed in the contract.
What Buyers Ask Before Ordering
Equipment and line questions are answered on the product and solution pages.
Ask Our EngineersWhat happens if a machine fails after the warranty period?
Technical support continues regardless of warranty status. Remote diagnosis and guidance remain available, and spare parts are supplied at commercial rates. The warranty affects who pays for parts and labour, not whether we respond.
Do you send engineers to our country for installation?
On-site engineer attendance is arranged where the project requires it. Coverage, duration and cost responsibility are defined in the project agreement rather than assumed, so confirm this during quotation. ⚠ Exact deployment coverage to be added once the client confirms it.
What if we cannot travel to China for the factory test?
The factory acceptance test can be run over live video, with our engineers walking through each machine and demonstrating the connected trial run on camera. Test records and video are supplied afterwards.
How do we order spare parts years after delivery?
Contact us with the machine details or a photograph of the part. We identify it against the original build specification, quote, and coordinate shipping. Keeping the recommended stock list on hand avoids most urgent orders.
Is training included in the equipment price?
Operator and maintenance training during commissioning is part of the standard scope. Extended or repeat training sessions are quoted separately. ⚠ Number of training days and manual languages to be confirmed.
Can you support equipment we bought from another supplier?
We can supply and integrate machines into an existing line, and advise on interface conditions. Servicing another manufacturer's equipment is assessed case by case depending on the machine and what documentation is available.
