Commissioned in Mar‑2016, total investment RMB 1 billion, Phase‑1 capacity: 300 000 tons/year
Two main production lines are deployed:
one high‑speed Krones blow‑fill‑spin monoblock line for small‑size PET bottles; one Newamstar line for large‑volume bottles.
- Water‑Treatment System Raw water is sourced from Changbai Mountain Ande Spring (China 5A‑Grade mineral‑water source). Process flow: multi‑media filtration, activated‑carbon filtration, security filtration, ultra‑filtration and UV physical sterilization.
- No reverse‑osmosis is applied, to retain natural mineral trace‑elements.
- Key instruments: E+H on‑line water‑quality monitor, Ingersoll‑Rand air compressor, Spirax Sarco steam system, Mettler‑Toledo lab analytical instruments. All pipelines run fully closed. Cleaning & cooling water is recycled in cascade mode. Waste‑water is treated by on‑site sewage‑treatment station for compliant discharge.
- Down‑stream Packaging & Automation Air‑blow drying, sleeve‑labelling, ink‑jet coding, film‑wrapping and automatic palletizing are fully automated, minimizing manual intervention and guaranteeing product hygiene and traceability.
