This machine is dedicated to producing PET bottled drinking water, including pure water, mineral water and natural water. Equipped with hanging-neck technology, it ensures stable and high-speed bottle transmission. Integrating bottle rinsing, filling and capping in one unit, the equipment is sanitary and highly efficient. Its premium filling valve also guarantees accurate liquid filling levels.
It adopts technology of air conveyor direct connect with bottle infeed starwheel to instead of screw and conveyor. it is easier and more simple to change over bottle size. Adopt neck handling technology to convey bottles. there is no need to adjust the height of equipment and only need to change some spare parts.
By 3-in-1 monoblock, the bottle does through rinse, filling, capping with little abrasion, and transferring is stable bottle changing is easier, Specially designed stainless steel bottle gripper dose not contact the thread parts of the bottle neck, avoiding the second contamination, High speed and mass flow filling valve ensures the high filling speed and exact fluid level parts contacting liquid are all made of excellent stainless steel of good grade plastic. the electric system is from international brand and achieves the national food hygienic standard. the bottle-out starwheel is helical structure, while changing over bottle size. It is no need to adjust bottle-out conveyor height.

- ✓Gravity Filling System--Full set of gravity constant-level filling components, food-grade filling nozzles, anti-drip control valves, liquid buffer tank and stable water supply pipeline. Ensure equal liquid level for each bottle, no overflow, no dripping and consistent filling volume. Suitable for mineral spring water non-foam precise filling.
- ✓Capping & Sealing System--Automatic cap sorting, cap feeding and magnetic twisting capping device. Equipped with anti-skid capping head and constant-torque control structure. Realize automatic cap picking, positioning and sealing, ensuring tight and qualified bottle mouth sealing without damage to bottle caps.
