This machine is dedicated to producing PET bottled drinking water, including pure water, mineral water and natural water. Equipped with hanging-neck technology, it ensures stable and high-speed bottle transmission. Integrating bottle rinsing, filling and capping in one unit, the equipment is sanitary and highly efficient. Its premium filling valve also guarantees accurate liquid filling levels.
It adopts technology of air conveyor direct connect with bottle infeed starwheel to instead of screw and conveyor. It is easier to change over bottle size. Adopt neck handling technology to convey bottles. there is no need to adjust the height of equipment and only need to change some spare parts.

the electric system is from international brand and achieves the national food hygienic standard. the bottle-out starwheel is helical structure. while changing over bottle size. It is no need to adjust bottle-out conveyor height.

What bottle & cap can this machine handle
Standard for PET bottles, bottle size 200ml–2L (customizable up to 5L). It works with **plastic screw cap** as you inquired. If you change bottle volume/height/neck size, only simple change parts (star wheels, guide rails) are needed.
Filling method & filling accuracy
Gravity filling for still water (purified / mineral water). Filling tolerance: ±1ml.
Production lead time & delivery
Standard machine: 30–45 working days; full turnkey line: 45–60 days. Packed in export plywood wooden case. Shipping via FOB / CIF / CFR as requested
