Rinser
- The rotary wheel is a fully stainless steel welded structure.
- The machine applies unique overturning bottle clamp, which is an innovation of our company. This bottle clamp grips bottle at neck position, avoiding bottle mouth thread contamination caused by rubber gripper block of a traditional bottle clamp. Made of SUS304 stainless steel, this bottle clamp is hygienic and durable.
- The high efficiency atomizing spay nozzle installed on bottle clamp is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and also saves rinsing water.
- All sliding bushes of lifting device use Igus (Germany) anti-corrosion maintenance free bearing. The rinser is driven by driving system positioned inside machine frame via gear transmission.
- Transfer starwheel. Made of stainless steel of superior quality. Equipped with bottle jam protection device.
Filler
- Rotary wheel fully made of stainless steel SUS 304. Filling valves are made of SUS316L.
- Gravity filling method.
- Filler is driven through gears inside the machine frame.
- Filling valves are reasonably structured with accurate filling.
- Bottles go up and down in the function of cam through elevator, to process filling with contact to bottle-mouth.
- Level of cylinder is controlled with float-ball.
- Link-wheels in rinser, filler and capper are transported in ringed support of bottle-neck.
Capper
- The capper is the equipment with the highest precision requirement, and it exerts a great impact on the stability and reliability of the monoblock rinsing‑filling‑capping machine. Our capper offers the following advantages: it not only allows torque value setting, but also delivers more accurate and reliable torque output to reduce defective products.
- The cap‑feeding chute is fitted with anti‑reversed‑cap blocking and rejecting mechanisms. A photocell switch is installed on the cap‑feeding chute to automatically stop the capper when no caps are available inside the chute. The capper is also equipped with an incoming‑bottle detection switch.
- Centrifugal cap sorting is adopted to minimize cap damage caused by collision. A cap inspection system is provided to control the start‑stop of the cap elevator.

What products can this water production line handle?
It is designed for PET bottled purified water, mineral water and spring water (non-carbonated still water).
What bottle sizes does the filling machine support?
Standard range: 200ml ~ 5L PET round bottles. Custom design available for special bottle shapes or volumes.
What material is used for parts contacting water?
Product contact parts are SUS316L stainless steel; machine frame & non-contact structure adopt SUS304 stainless steel.
Does the line include water treatment system?
Water treatment (RO reverse osmosis, ozone sterilization, etc.) is optional. We design the water treatment unit according to your raw water quality report and local drinking water standard.
Can you supply the full turnkey project?
Yes. Turnkey scope can include bottle blower, air conveyor, 3-in-1 filler, labeller, date coder, shrink wrapping machine, palletizer and water treatment system.
What is the power supply requirement?
Standard: 380V / 3Ph / 50Hz. We can adjust electrical components to match local voltage & frequency on request.
What is the warranty term?
12 months warranty from the date of shipment. Lifetime technical support and spare parts supply at cost after warranty expires.
Will you send engineers for on-site installation & training?
Yes. We can arrange overseas engineer service for installation, commissioning and operator training. The buyer covers engineer’s air tickets, accommodation and daily allowance.
What is the lead time for machine production?
Normally 30–45 working days, subject to line configuration and customization scope.
What test will be done before shipment?
Full line running test in our workshop for at least 8 continuous hours. We provide test videos, live video inspection and machine acceptance report before loading.
What are the payment terms?
30% T/T advance deposit,70% balance before shipment. L/C is not acceptable
Can I change bottle size frequently on one machine?
Yes. Quick changeover design. Bottle format change normally takes 15–30 minutes for standard round bottles.
What certificates can you provide?
CE, ISO9001, material certificate for stainless steel. Other documents such as CO, commercial invoice, packing list for customs clearance.
