Characteristics
The built-in continuous rotating infeed system effectively reduces the space occupied. The consistency o fpreform position streamlines the process.
Continuous heating system, more preforms are uninterruptedly heated within the same distance, which improves the efficiency and energy saving.
The perform transfer system with grippers and the variable pitch system are both driven by the servo motors to ensure high speed and accurate preform handling between the two mechanism.
The thermostatic heating system ensures that the heating temperature of each preform surface and internal is uniform. Hinged oven holder make it easy for the operators to change infrared tubes and do maintenance.
The servo driven molding mechanism, triggering off the linkage to the bottom mold, The application of high speed precision blowing valve unit helps to make high capacity.
The cooling system for the preform neck is equipped to ensure the preform neck does not deform during heating and blowing.
High pressure blowing air recovery system saves up to 30% HPC air.
Being intelligent, the machine is equipped with the units of preform temperature detection, leaking bottle detection and rejection as well as jammed , Operation on the touch screen is simple and easy.

Installation Conditions
- Floor & FoundationThe floor must be flat, solid reinforced concrete with sufficient load-bearing capacity. Reserve adequate working clearance around the machine for mold replacement, maintenance and component overhaul. Keep the ground dry, dust-free and free from vibration interference
- Power SupplyConfirm voltage, phase, frequency and total available power capacity in advance. Stable power supply with proper grounding is required to protect electrical components.
- Compressed Air SystemEnough high-pressure compressed air (for blowing) and low-pressure instrument air shall be available, equipped with air filters and air dryer to ensure clean and dry air.
- Cooling WaterSufficient cooling water with stable pressure, temperature and water quality is required for mold cooling. Water pipeline, drain and chiller connection points need to be reserved.
- Ambient EnvironmentWorkshop temperature: 10–35℃; avoid direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep good ventilation. Low humidity is preferred for PET blow molding lines to prevent preform moisture absorption
- Other RequirementsReserve space for auxiliary equipment: chiller, air compressor, granulator, conveyor, material feeding system. Safe passage for forklift unloading and machine entry.
