Work Process
· Bottle infeed conveying
Products enter the equipment through the conveyor, start the automatic packaging process.
· Bottle separation & arrangement
Complete bottle separation according to user-set quantity and arrangement, ensuring neat packaging
· Bottle pushing
Products are grouped at the front end and pushed to the winding area by the bottle pushing assembly.
· Film conveying
The film roll bin controls the unwinding of the film roll, the film is conveyed to the next station.
· Film feeding & cutting
The film is pre-cut to specified length at the bottom, and conveyed to the bottom of the bottle group by a vacuum adsorption belt.
· Film wrapping
After dynamic grouping, the bottle pushing rod pushes the grouped bottles onto the film belt, and the film lifting rod quickly wraps the film around the bottle group to comlete a working cycle.
· Heating & Shrinkage
The packaging material softens and shrinks after being heated in the heat shrink oven, and fits tightly on the bottle group.
· Cooling & Shaping
The film is shaped through the cooling process, completing the final finished product packaging.
